Spread over two floors, the apartment offers a living room with a single sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Enjoy amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, game console, and books and toys for children. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The main heating is wood-based (requires knowledge to light), with electric backup. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a parking space on the property. Up to 4 pets are allowed—please inform us in advance. Smoking and events are not permitted. The property features convenient self check-in. Please note, the apartment is not accessible for guests with reduced mobility due to a small staircase at the entrance.
